Continuous operation, high quality production plant for the double coating of grave emulsion and cold bituminous concrete (high modulus mix).
The principle
The aggregates arrive selectively in the mixer tank, the O/d fraction (sand) separately from the d/D fraction (coarse). Two injection pumps are connected to two movable emulsion ramps. The total quantity of emulsion is controlled cumulatively. One or two different emulsion types.
